What is it?
This delicious olive oil was sourced personally by Jamie Oliver and the Fifteen chef apprentices on an annual sourcing trip to Tuscany. It’s made by the renowned wine maker, Giovanni Fontodi, in the Chianti region between Florence and Sienna.
An absolute gem, this is one of those small touches to make your table extra special. Oils like this one can’t be found just anywhere!
With a wonderful flavour, this oil should be reserved for salad dressings and garnishes, or served alongside freshly baked bread and a balsamic glaze – the mouth waters just thinking of it!
