Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to “Fifteenshop.net”.

We ship worldwide
Please choose your country at the time of ordering.

We have several choices for shipping:

UK (Mainland) Delivery £5.50

European (includes Ireland, Netherlands, Channel Islands, Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland) Delivery £22

US and Canada Delivery £32.50


Delivery
Orders placed on this webstore will usually be dispatched the same or following working day. In the event of no stock being available we will notify you via email and you will have the option to wait until the stock is available or to cancel your order for a full refund.

Deliveries will be delivered within 7 working days (Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm, excluding public holidays).


Order Acceptance
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have e-mailed you confirmation. Your order will be despatched within 24 hours and this is when we will charge your card. Please note that the transaction will be referenced as "Fifteen Restaurant Ltd" which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Jamie Oliver Foundation (registered charity No. 1094536). Orders are subject to availability. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.


Price, Delivery and Returns

The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the e-mail confirmation. An e-mail will be sent to you to let you know when we've dispatched your order and the product/s will be delivered to you within 2-3 days. Your order should arrive within not more than 7 working days of despatch. This maximum delivery period will have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments. If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. All items will be spot checked prior to dispatching and we will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

If you decide you do not require the goods, you may return them to us within 28 days, from the despatch date, provided they are returned in their original product packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Consumable items such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar and wine must remain sealed and unopened. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.

If you wish to return an item please call us on 020 3375 5518 or email us at returns@fifteenshop.net and we will issue you with an RA number.  This will assist us in handling your return quickly.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS TO US WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. Postage is paid by you; when returning this to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and all receipts, confirming your order, are kept until you receive a refund confirmation email. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your refund; if you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim this through the Royal Mail as lost mail.


Delivery restrictions
Fifteenshop.co.uk delivery within the UK applies to addresses within mainland England Scotland and Wales.

 
Age Restricted Products
To purchase products containing alcoholic on this website, and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website, under English law you must be over 18 years of age. Warning: it is an offence to attempt to buy a any product containing alcohol if you are under age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under age.

 
Promotions
All promotions online are subject to removal without notice.
All promotions are on a "While Stocks Last" basis.
No purchase price is guaranteed until the order is despatched.
 

Liability and Disclaimer
To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence on our part or on the part of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to delay delivery or to cancel the order or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 30 days, you shall be entitled to give us notice in writing to terminate the order.


Invalidity
In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.


Variation
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by an authorised person at Fifteenshop.net

 
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law
